Permanent Improved Alacrity?

So I was wondering, is it possible to give a character a permanent improved alacrity effect without using NI? With EEkeeper perhaps?

    I don't think so, but the mod reign of virtue/freedom's reign had an item that gives you perm improved alacrity.

    unfortunately I am playing on android, and I'm pretty sure that this mod isn't override friendly

    If you are able to use EEKeeper on android as you are on pc, you can either isolate the effect by casting it in-game then saving the game and copying the effect on your desired savegame and character: Just make sure you edit the timestamp or the duration to be permanent. I think the newest version of the editor also has "aura cleansing" as an effect which is the same thing.

    Just add effect 188 (called Spell Effect: Aura Cleansing in EEKeeper), with parameter 2 equal to 1 and permanent duration to your save and you're done.
