Where to post bugs or issues

Is there a thread for this or can someone explain how to note an issue, I missed it.
I’ll say it here anyway incase a moderator wants to move it.
Played on a PW with EE on one of the EE listed ones. The creatures and my pc can and do stand inside each other. Seems to be triggered by combat.

    Possible.

    Or the PW you play on has a user tool or chat command to turn on NPC bumping. Many PWs have it turned off, so you don't push other players and creatures when moving about, especially in combat, as it triggers an Attack of Opportunity.
