Community Expansion Pack installation

Has anyone successfully installed the Community Expansion Pack? I can't seem to get it working. The game states it cannot find the TLK file when trying to enter PWs, despite the fact I have tried numerous times to extract it to a tlk folder.

I've been attempting to install it like this:

Program Files --> Beamdog --> 00829 (this was the default name) --> data --> then either tlk or hak.


Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Just figured I would add this, I specifically get a crash whenever I create a tlk folder within the data folder.

    They go in the folder under c/users/neverwinternights not in the actual game directory

    The location you are trying to put things is for BeamDog only. User made stuff goes in your documents folder - (whatever drive):/users/(you)/documents/neverwinternights/. In other words click the link to your documents folder on the desktop and then look in the neverwinternights folder.

    Thank you both. I had originally thought that was from my old NWN Diamond installation.
