HotU: Vix'thra disappeared

While fighting Vix'thra, I went to destroy his phylactery, and quicksaved once I did so. On reload, Vix'thra is gone.

I suspect there is some trigger for him to appear behind you after you destroy his phylactery, and that I must have saved at a weird point.

So, is there a way to fix this via the console? Perhaps spawning Vix'thra manually? I can't find his creature code.

    have you tried to find him in the toolset? remember that there are 2 tabs one for standard (OC) and one for custom (expansion) content, if i need something and i can't find it in game that's where i tend to go
