[2da Request] Make more 2da stuff serverside so players don't have to download

we are trying to make some changes to our server and some 2da stuff we edit works for everyone by having the modified 2da on the server machine, but some changes dont work unless the players also have the modified 2da.

we wanted to make the cantrip spells that ranger and paladin have as level 1 spells into actual cantrip spells, we were able to add cantrip spell slots work, but changing the spells to cantrip level for paladin only works for players with the modified 2da

also we want to make some skills into class skills for some classes, this does not work without players getting the modified file.

we removed all alignment restrictions from all classes and prestige classes, and it works for everyone when leveling up, but it does not work at character creation if the player dont have the modified file.

we raised the level cap of harper scout and purple dragon knight from 5 to 30, works for everyone.
we added what levels PDK gets bonus feats, works for everyone
we added bonus feats to PDK but they dont show up for players unless they have the modified file.

would be so awesome if everything just worked by having the files on the server and players didnt have to bother downloading, we want the server to easy to get into with no hassle.

oh yeah and we changed some requirements for some feats, don't work for players without the modified files.

also been trying to edit some feats to auto target the user, but when people without the modified files use the skills they get the target selector and must target something for the feat to activate.
