Just found how to change the language with the current version since there is no menu at the moment to do that so I'm just sharing findings. If for example you want to switch the game into french, proceed as follow:
1. go into lang\fr\data
2. copy all the files and drop them into data (this is going to overwrite nwn_base_loc.key) as well as some MOV files
You're done, pretty simple...
