Bug: Lines in Water BG2:EE

I'm not sure if this bug is specific to 2.5 but I have a graphical issue with the Oasis area of Throne of Bhaal. I haven't seen it anywhere else. I'm playing on Windows 7, Ati Radeon HD 3200 integrated graphics. This is the Steam version.

    It's not actually. I'm also seeing this on an unmodded v2.3. I'll make a bug report for it.
