Hi folks,
Right now we're getting absolutely crushed by the number of people getting Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition, and so you may be experiencing errors logging in or downloading the game until things smooth out a bit. We're working nonstop to improve the situation, and we're improving our ability to handle the load.
We ask for patience as we resolve things, and expect that things will be back to 100% in a couple days.
