Make scrolls able to be memorized from within scroll cases.

As the title says. Scrolls highlight as green while in the container, but must be moved out to memorize. Being able to memorize within the scroll case would be super convienant.

    ah, but then the question arises; if you can memorize scrolls from a scroll case, what about spell scrolls at stores, since scroll cases are indeed "stores" i wonder if it would cause a bug where you wouldn't need to buy a spell from a store because you could instead memorize it from the store window?
