I just wanted to ask if it is possible to create custom races and if we can create custom base spellcasters with custom spell list.

    You can create custom races, however the character creation UI is currently hardcoded to have 7 buttons so you'd have to use an external character creator or changing them via script after they are created. This has been specifically called out as a future UI change in the GUI refactor.

    Without the use of NWNX wizardry there isn't a viable way to do custom base spellcasters with custom spell lists. However, there is a Trello card for this so upvote it.
