Shapeshifting Fix?

After NWN 1 was pretty much abandoned the shapeshifting benefits from equipment broke. I would blame people needing the critical rebuild (as this occurred multiple times in different persistent worlds after they attempted to move the server). Has this issue been resolved?

    How could it break if 1.69 was the last patch before nwn1 was abandoned? Do you mean 1.69 official patch broke something?
