if you look at the link http://www.youtube.com/charts/videos_views?t=a
you will see that gangnam style is at 2nd place with 795 million views as of this posting while bieber is at 1st place with 803 million views. the difference is that gangnam style is climbing by 5-8 million views a day while bieber is climbing by only a few hundred thousand a day. i cant believe that singing hermaphrodite is finally going to be edged out as the number 1 watched video on youtube.

though truth be told, if i was an intelligent alien race studying the human race and i saw that these 2 videos of all the videos out there had accrued a total of 1.6 billion views? i wouldn't even bother invading, i would just blow the planet up

    Well, many do. I just don't like the fact that he's making literally millions of dollars from showing content that isn't really his and generally speaking... cussing.
    I mean, he earns 1.5 million views per day. It's not a LOT, many other youtubers earn more (TobyGames earns 2 million views per day, PewDiePie earns 4 million, to name two gamers)

    With a CPM of 10, which I believe is maximum on youtube, he could earn a total of 150,000 dollars per day. I mean, odds are that there is a LIMIT of money he could make, true enough... but on the charts he could earn that per day. I don't know about you, but 150k, I could live 5 years happily >.<

    Indeed.. it was even a small notice about it in a newspaper here. It also mentioned that apparently Bieber's manager as the first on who linked to Gangnam Style in the US.

    I reckon if gaming were youtube, Call of Duty would be that kind of video. BG might be a 30-minute lecture video on the scope of the universe with 50k views.

    Call of Duty gets way to much hate on youtube. Only the actual players like videos of Call of Duty.

    It's pretty obvious which are the most viewed gaming videos on youtube - Angry Birds and Minecraft. There's no competition when it comes to that.

    Edit : it's interesting how Gangnam Style is so famous though. I for one never watched it yet. I don't mind either, I don't like hypes too much.

    Personally, I think that Gangnam Style is overrated, and dislike it even when my disliking doesn't go to level of bieber hate/hate what i used to have against "Never gonna give you up"

    @decado yeah im really hoping that was sarcasm or that he was trying to troll us, because the thought that someone can like baldurs gate as well as bieber simply boggles the mind
