Game doesn't let me load my saves

in Troubleshooting
After I reinstalled BG II enhanced on my new mac again and put my saves in the folder- I can see the saves, but they will not start. Instead the message comes:

"unable to load content for unknown. If you have not purchased it yet do so from the store."

Problem: I cannot load something from the store or do something usefull :(
It would be a pitty do play everything again, cause the saves are on chapter 5
I have searched in variouse formus and noticed that also others have this problem but in differnet context .. unfourtunatly I couldn't find a solution ...

My trivial explanation is, that in the charakter portrais and sounds are not compatible any more ?
Is there HOPE?
