Why does the downloader stop at 1GB?

Hey guys, just worked out the download thing, I'm not using beamdog client, (pretty over installing more and more programs just to play a game) and everything was going great until it got to the 1GB mark and slowed right down, then stopped. It's just stuck 'connecting' now........ sigh.

Any suggestions?

    Don't play with it. Don't keep toggling and untoggling the checkbox. Don't turn it off and turn it back on. it can bug your download and keep it from ever finishing. If it became bugged you need to uninstall and reinstall.
