Preloading - BGEE standalone installer worked great

My average download speed was around 1.45MB/s

However, the Beamdog client was a horrific experience. It would begin downloading around 1MB/s and quickly bog down to dialup speeds and after a while just stop downloading altogether. I am a huge fan of both the Steam and Origin download clients, and I was pretty let down by Beamdog's performance on this. Needless to say, Beamdog is uninstalled and won't be coming back to my PC any time soon.

Regardless of Beamdog's poor performance, I can't wait to play BGEE next week.
