ToB Required mod, but I have BG2EE what do?

Like the title says, i have mod that requires ToB, but I have EE and so the Weidu doesnt recognize it, how can make this work? I want to get to know modding, so I would appreciate tips or even steps to updating the mods Weidu or something lol. Thanks o/

    Which mod is it and what is the check it makes?
    Is the mod even EE compliant?
    You should open the mod's tp2 file to see why it doesn't recognize the game
    There may be some entry near the beginning saying GAME_IS blabla or REQUIRE_PREDICAMENT bla or similar.

    I've opened the tp2 with notepad++ to find that it has a "REQUIRE_FILE ~Data/25Dialog.bif" i've tried adding // to the front of it and nothing happens, same when i delete it.

    Which mod is it?
    What do you mean *weidu doesn't recognize it*?
    If nothing happens it may be misnamed tp2 or wrong packaging of mod. Do you get some error message?
