standalone installer hung at preload complete

I ran the installer and it downloaded fine, but when preload complete was displayed it just stayed there for 3 hours. what should I be seeing after the preload is downloaded?

    That's all you should be seeing. The bulk of the BGEE content was put live to pre-load (the stuff that is complete), the rest is coming on Monday.
