Possible to fix all NPCs turning hostile?

Good day. I was rather foolish and let myself become too reliant upon the quick save and auto save, not further backing my game up in the last four hours. I've submitted a bug report, but both my quick save and auto save have become corrupt with all NPCs being hostile now. Is there an easy fix for this or did I just lose four hours? Thank you.
