20 BIT dowload speed

Hi,

I've a big problem with the dowload, my connection is up to 7 megabit but the download is blocked near 20 BIT/second. What can I to upgrade the download speed?

    You should check the pre-download discussion.

    I know its pretty big but I've seen people posting advice in it.
