Text-box font and placement

Is there any way or possibility to re-arrange these UI aspects in any way?

1. The ability to grap-and-drag would be really great imo.
2. The font is bad. Sterile and way too small. Any way to change it? Ive also noted that checking 'High res fonts' reverts back to unchecked at restart of the game.
