Easy Fixes : add blank scroll and wand to official campaign and SoU

I believe the blank scroll and wand were added in HoTU, though feats are available in the OC and SoU withot the raw materials being purchasable.

Seems like an easy fix for Beamdog to add these items to merchants.

Sidenote:
Crafting in NWN2 is awesome. In fact, it gets awesomer by each expansion there.

I really hope that Beamdog will learn the lessons of crafting from there for their own campaigns.

    Add stuff from the expansions to the older campaigns, good idea.

    Bioware did put the skyboxes into the OC but we could also have the crafting stuff, the grenadelike weapons etc.

    Actually, I thought NWN1 crafting was quite elegant. You're stranded in a dungeon without equipment, what can you do? Smash something up and make a weapon straight out of it. No faffing around with needing benches and "molds" and whatnot.
