    Now it does it on any mod with a hakpack.

    The toolset from steam and the beamdog one both do it.None of the mods appear to have any special permissions or ownership issues.

    On the BD launcher try this - Options/Verify Game. That should check and fix anything that is broken. Make sure you're online when you do it.

    Either corrupted file from PRC or emptying override file fixed it.
