I can't help with SCS, but here is the order I use.

    1)Ascension
    2)Rogue Rebalancing
    3)Atweaks

If I were to hazard a guess, SCS would probably be last, as it affects basically everything. But I'd get a second
    opinion on that.

The banter pack should probably go between "RR" and "Atweaks". As for the Ascnsion version, I'm actually not sure. I intend to test the "failed experiment" build as that is what this forums most up to date link goes to, but I keep having to restart for mod bugs (Trying to resolve some mod compatibility stuff).

A good general list for install order is:

1)Story and Quest mods (with Ascension going first)
    2)NPC mods
    3)Kit mods
    4)Item and spell additions
5)Tweak packs (game ruls changes, etc.)

I would either use BWS to determine the correct install order and any dependencies or look at the BWP v17 pdf manual.

Here is how BWS sequences these mods
    1. Ascension
    2. RR (except components 9,10,11,12,999)
    3. SCS
    4. RR, remaining components if wanted
    5. ATweaks

Thanks for the help, but I installed banterpacks before Ascension, a cause of the missing dialog.tlk file, so everything works fine.
