Grand Mastery?

Just curious if Grand Mastery in BG:EE will follow the rating system of Baldur's Gate, or if (because of the combined/re-structured engine), it will have the same effect as in BG2/Tutu/BGT.

Thanks!

It'll work as in BG2 with the true grandmastery component of the tweak pack, i.e. more like BG1.

I assume this means a full 2 attacks per round? Yay!

    Thank you!

According to the manual (p. 57 Melee & Magic) It will follow the BG1 system. Meaning you get an extra half attack at grand mastery.

Not quite. I believe True Grandmastery granted +1 APR at grandmastery (for a total of +3/2 APR), while in BGEE grandmastery will add +1/2 APR (for a total of +1 APR). Other than that I think it's the same.

BG1 benefits, BG2 proficiencies. So you'll still have to invest in Long Swords and Bastard Swords separately, but you'll get the same benefits that you got in BG1.
