I just bought PSTEE last week.
I am pretty new to PST thus I am a little uncertain about certain things.

Question:

I understand at level 7 TNO can specialize and also gain +1 to stats. Now how do I get that bonus stat? I initially thougt it is automatically given, but I didn't get it when I attained level 7, can someone shed some light in this matter?

You do get the stat boosts automatically. What stats are boosted depends on what class you are at the time. Also, you can only the stat boost for reaching level 7 and 12 ONCE, meaning whichever class (fighter/thief/mage) reaches level 7 first will determine which bonus you get, same for level 12. In other words, if you already unlocked the class bonus for fighter level 7, you will not get the bonus for thief 7 or mage 7.

The bonuses are as follows:

Fighter 7: +1 str, able to have 4 points in weapon proficiency
Fighter 12: +1 str, +1 con, +3 HP, able to have 5 points in weapon proficiency

Thief 7: +1 dex
Thief 12: +2 dex, +1 luck

Mage 7: +1 int
Mage 12: +2 int, +1 wis, +5 lore

I didn't get the str bonus for my fighter, i did get the proficiencies but could only trained to 3 slots and 1 regular proficiency.

I found the problem, i messed up in EEKeeper

Well, that explains it I guess.

EEkeeper will mess up the XP system used in PSTEE when you save the edited game.
