Possible Bug with Trees

I opened up the toolset tonight and built a new area. During the building phase, I tried to place a placeable tree from the default placeables. All default trees under "Parks and Nature" now have the Armoire as their base model. I know that's not supposed to happen.
Anyone else have this issue?

EE works fine out of the box, so this must be something you've changed.
For what it's worth, placeable appearance 0 is an Armoire, so it's often what you get when you've corrupted something.
