NPC soundsets not working on multiplayer but work on single player

NPC sound sets were working on multiplayer until a day or two ago and now they do not work anymore.

I have tried removing the .2da files and replacing them. Using the workshop soundsets. Placing them in the override folder inside NWN:EE game data in the steam library. Nothing is working now, what gives?!
