Deekin's location

I am having trouble finding Deekin after I have all the artifacts and his stuffed doll. I saw him once in the town of Blumberg, but now that I have everything I need, he is no longer in the only house not burning in town?

Is he somewhere else now, I have read a few guides, but they each say he is in that house??? Any ideas or other helpful information would be great.

    he should be in the town of Blumberg. The house is at the intersection of the 2 dirt roads in the town.

    I know the house he is supposed to be in, I went there before and he told me again to free him. I went back to the same building and he isnt there anymore? I have tried multiple restarts and zoning in and out of different areas.

    I am just not sure if he is bugged or not...

    Thank you very much jonesr65!!!

    Your responses helped me a bit into trying a bit harder and about 45 minutes of looking everywhere, I found out that my dragon egg was not the dragon tooth.... I did not loot J'nah at all. After that, Deekin came running up to me as soon as I left the cave.

    Talk about frustration to the max lol. Thank you again
