Original Pre-Order Customers

Here's a dumb question, and I don't know if it's been answered.

I recall about a month ago (or so, not sure), something mentioned or hinted but I cannot be sure, that those of us who pre-ordered before the original intended launch of Sept. 18th where supposed to get something bonus.

If this is true, (if it's not please affirm) any news or info on what or when?

Mostly a curiosity, either way I'm totally stoked about the 28th.

If that was it, I missed that memo. I remember that being just for the original pre-order run. After they put back the date, I recall something getting mentioned either here or on BeamDog and I don't remember where or what.

I think what you mean is "To all who have pre-ordered, we ask for your patience as we move toward our final release date.We will be working on something a little extra for you.". It was part of the statement announcing the postponement of the original release date. You can find the whole thing in the Candlekeep Library . However I've not seen anything about it since. Maybe on the 28th?

I think there's some confusion here, or Trent may have misspoke - it's not that only people who pre-ordered will get an extra bonus, but rather than with the additional time we've added some things that we weren't going to add. Unfortunately they're both not yet finished, but one will be going out as an announced feature in a post-release updates, and the other will be going out as a super secret (but really cool) easter egg in one of the post-release updates.
