Clean BG2EE install modd error

Hello all, I just installed the Beamdog client and then installed all of the games that I own from them. Pretty much all of them, minus the latest Neverwinter Nights EE. ANYWHO.
I am trying to install the mod on the mod list of these forums, Tales of the Deep Gardens. I am getting an error once I hit the Install the mod request. I dont get the error when asking to choose my language or if I want to display the readme.
The error is; iconv.exe - System Error
The code execution cannot proceed because libiconv2.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem.
I get the same error when I try to install any other mods as well. Dungeon Crawl and one other, I can't recall now as well.
