Which mods should be installed before EET and which after, and where should they be installed?

I have seen this question answered previously but have been unable to find the helpful link that somebody posted. I therefore thought it would be helpful if the answer was under a specific topic such as this so that people who have the same difficulties as I have can find it easily. I think that the link was either to G3 or SHS but couldn't find the location.
