Ranger Stronghold question

in General Discussion (Spoiler Warning!)
If I do the Idle Hands in Imnesvale quest BEFORE obtaining the stronghold, will I have problems?

    I don't think so but I'm no authority. I never had any problems when I played a ranger in the past and don't recall waiting to finish that quest.

    And if I do it AFTER doing the stronghold quests, I just get stripped of the title, or do I fall?

    I'm not sure. Foreknowledge should prevent that from happening, however.

    OP: yes if playing BG2, you become Fallen and lose the Stronghold; in BG2EE: I'm quite sure they "fixed" that from happening so you'd be safe.
