Have you tried rebooting your pc?
If that doesn't work, I would try to uninstall, then reinstall launcher...

Oh, it seems to have worked - I uninstalled it and installed it again through the launcher , and it seems to work fine - just waiting for the 28th to start playing \o/

Go to control panel>Programs>Uninstall and select Beamdog launcher or client to uninstall.
Then go to Beamdog.com and reinstall from there.
By the way, you've remembered to log in right?
If you're not logged in via the Launcher/Client, you won't be able to do anything.
