How to get through this place.?(siege of drangonspear)

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
Can someone tell me how to get through this place? The battles repeat and repeat when I touch the pillars. And how to open this door to get in? Thanks!

    The pattern is apparently 3rd pillar, 1st pillar, 4th pillar, 2nd pillar, counting from the left. I think it's the seasons backwards or something? I can't remember the rationale behind it.

    Thanks! After that, how to destroy cold hearth ich's phylactery? I got the box But don't know how to destroy...

    It is the seasons backwards on the pillars - you get it explained in a book you find near the entrance of the area.
    You need to carry the box to a place in the far NW of the area where there is a fiery crack to some other plane. Click on it while party has the phylactery, it has that double arrow symbol. It is a room at the end of a corridor with fire creatures spawning from time to time.
