Module Narration (à la DDO)

I actually typically hate MMOs, but I loved DDO because I have blurred vision issues and the narration was a nice change from having to do lots of reading.

Are there any modules where somebody programmed narration (and voice acting) in it? If not, is this something that would interest people enough to make it a potential feature?

It would be cool if it were feasible for those who wanted to do it.

The challenge with narration is finding the voice actors. Hex Coda was one of the few fan-made modules with voice acting because the creator was well connected with the creative community. It's technically possible but on a budget/without connections the creator will need to use text to speech which sounds robotic.

I wonder if using voice changer software is a viable way to go for modders. I imagine they could just read in their own text and then use the software to change the voice as needed for different characters. If that is still too much we could also have community packs of voice pre-sets that modders could use.
Have any modders tried that yet?

Voice acting is a lot easier to come by nowadays.
    There's this forum - http://voiceacting.boards.net/

I've been very eager to voice for mods, but sadly I haven't seen any advertisements.
