STR modifier for 2H weapons (bug or not?)

Some two-handed weapons like halberd or spear in EE seems to have 1x STR modifier instead of 1,5 X rounded down. In nwn diamond 1,5x applies, just checked it out. Not sure if this a bug
or feature? Could not find any info on this.

    Solved. Advanced Combat Animations pack was causing this trouble.
