Can Wizard hats be made?

Hello; I think this is the right place for this, if not please let me know.
Is it possible to add a pointy Wizard hat to the Helms. I know there is a head that comes with the hat, but I'd like to see it as a choice when crafting my helm not as a "must" wear because I picked that head at start. I've never taken that choice, because I couldn't see having that head, and then adding a helm onto of it...
While thinking of that, what about other "hats"? The kind of Robin Hood ranger hat? Open faced helms?
