Rasaad - Scene at the Docks won't trigger

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Rasaad's been with the group for thirty or so days, and his second banter - "brother died in a pool of his own blood" - triggered just fine, but when I get to the docks at night nothing happens.

What's wrong?

This quest is very finicky and possibly broken. Sometimes, I get it to trigger right away, and sometimes not at all. All I can really say is "good luck." If you aren't on mobile, you can use the console to skip this step, unlocking the final bit of his quest. Search the thread for "Rassad quest bg1" and you should find it.

I made it work on the fourth try. Not sure if just a coincidence, but it was past midnight on my fourth and successful try. Also, more than 30 days had passed since Rasaad joined up. And we talked at least twice about his brother.

The first two dialogues are necessary, and the scene seems to trigger late night. I'm glad you got it to work, it doesn't always.
