custom level up packages

How does one define custom level up packages so that we can use them with Henchmans? Specifically I wanted a henchman that would go from being a level 1 fighter to a Fighter 13/Weapon Master (Dwarven Axe) 7/Dwarven Defender 20.
Thanks!

That will use the default packages unless told otherwise. You can define new packages in pack*.2da files and reference them in packages.2da.
Single or duo class looks fine so far but once you add a 3rd class, things start looking weird.
You or anyone got an example scripts on leveling up a henchman to have 30 levels of their 3rd class? I am trying to create a Fighter 9/ Wizard 1/ Arcane Archer 30 henchman, that worked as far as character level 20 with it being at a Fighter 9/Wizard 1/Arcane Archer 10, but once into epic levels it won't level up in Arcane archer without as taking levels in Fighter. Also it will only level up with the master every 2nd level, despite calls to LevelUpHenchman being made for every level in the OnPlayerLevelUp event script.
Im working about it, for creating some simples personalized heachmen :
an archer and spear
an hammer warrior,
an double short sword rogue
If you wish, we can share the way to do it.., because of im losing doing it, with the feats & levels
