Does one purchase cound for multiple devices

Can't find this in the FAQ, so thought I'd see if anyone can offer an answer.
I've pre-purchased the game, and have downloaded the installer on my laptop ready for the 28th/30th.
Will I also be able to install the game on my iPad when that version is released, or will I need to purchase it again?
