Please inform players they lack hakpaks instead of crashing their client.

I was reported this bug by my players and was quite surprised since, in the past, you were informed some hak paks were missing when trying to join a server.
Now the game just crashes, which is not right.
This is for a French localisation, if it's relevant.

I hope this gets fixed real fast,
