OK, so what happened to 8173? Also how come in game it reads as being version 1.75.8174 and not 1.74.8174. Has someone got ahead of themselves?

    8173 was internal and never shipped.

    It reads 1.75 because this is the release candiate. Unless there's a stop-ship issue coming up, this is what's going to be the next stable patch.
