Character Unaffected by Cure Wounds

in Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition
I have a Bard with the Blade kit. When I heal her, sometimes it says "*Name* is unaffected by Minor Cure Wounds." Has anyone seen this before? I'm using the Big World mod manager with a fair amount of mods, so I may have messed something up. Thought I might ask the internet if this is a thing... Thanks.

    in IWD certain races cannot be affected by cure spells ( like demons/devils for some bizarre reason ) so it might be your race, and if it is, try using EE keeper or if you can some sort of polymorph spell to change your race to see if that works

    @mrjane You could be under the effect of some spell that restrains spells.

    Try healing immediately after a rest.

    The character is a tiefling. I didn't realize she wouldn't be able to be cured... That's kinda silly. Thanks guys!
