List index out of bounds (#)

I've just discovered a few areas in my module that I cannot open in the toolset or enter (without causing a hard crash). I get this message when I try to open the areas in the toolset: List index out of bounds (#)

Anybody see this happen?

I reported the bug, but I am trying to avoid having to rebuild the areas. Some of them were quite involved.
