How do I customize the HotKeys used in Baldur's Gate II?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I go to BGConfig.exe and in the attachment, I provided you will see exactly what my screen showed. No matter how much I look at it or search on Yahoo, I still don't know how to use it... can anyone help me out?

    If I remember correctly, you need to left-click with your mouse on a key and then select the action in the drop-down menu.
