Any mod that enforces the PnP rule on dual class grand mastery?

I already tried with the Tweak Anthology, but it doesn't work. I'm still able to reach grand mastery after dualing even from a low level fighter. The last updated version i found is this:

Maybe the new patch broke compatibility.

Any other way to do this?
