Can a toolset user please update a small mod?

Can someone please update it to include some HoU and definitely the Purple Dragon Knight features with it.
The custom patch 1.72 actually added some SoU stuff the 1.69 Bioware one didn't implement for some reason, but I know the Purple Dragon material wasn't included in the authors' update because the "Ride" skill points weren't added.

Thanks to anyone who wants to use the toolset again. :)

    None of these versions open up anymore; does anyone know the name of the file that stores the loot in the chest? That may be where the problem is.
