Preload options?

So, what exactly is the difference in the manner in which BG is downloaded? The options provided in my email are as follows:



Option the First: Download and install the latest version of the Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition stand-alone installer, which can be found here.

Option the Second: Install Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition through the latest versopm pf the Beamdog client, which can be obtained here.



Is there any advantage to one method over the other?

    Using the client might allow faster downloading if you enable P2P.

    Otherwise, not much as far as I can tell. I did it both ways.

    Really, try one, and if it gives you trouble, try the other. :)
