Where can I grab Rogue Rebalancing?

Main question: Where can I download Rogue Rebalancing 4.92, since the main windows download on SHS is busted?

Second: Is there any reason why the link hasn't been fixed, and it's removed from the compatible Mods List for BGEE? Is it not compatible with SoD or something?

    Some people have reported having problems in the past downloading mods from the site. Its an issue that seems to just occasionally pop up with mods. I would try a different browser.

    Thanks very much. Had to use Edge, which reminded me of why I never use it, and why I hate Windows Defender.
