Steam Mod Downloads Directory?

in Custom Content & Community Exp Pack
When you download a mod/hak from steam workshop, where do they go? I can't seem to find them anywhere.

They're not in the hk folder of steam/common/nwn and not in my documents/nwn/hak

    Toolset location C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Neverwinter Nights\bin\win32
